  The Role

  Fidelity's Stock Plan Services Private team is growing and looking for a VP, Private Sales Team Lead. The Team is focused on supporting the innovation economy through a robust equity administration platform. We offer solutions and capabilities that support companies, their employees, and community stakeholders during the entire corporate lifecycle. This role will be focused on supporting the growth and expansion of our business that services private companies and the start-up community.

  This role will be critical to supporting the growth and expansion of our business. We are looking for a VP, Private Sales Team Lead to manage the Sales and Ecosystem Engagement teams. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting planned goals, driving lead gen, and coaching work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and accelerate learnings through a data driven approach to improve business intelligence. You will establish and own the underlying systems, processes, reporting, and analysis that increases GTM Performance.

  Foster a high-performance sales culture, setting and monitoring sales goals and KPIsAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and ecosystem engagement representativesManage the playbook for Sales Development Representatives (SDR's) and Account Executives (AE) that drives growth in prospecting, running demos, closing deals, and meeting quotaManage the ecosystem engagement team to ensure impactful community development activities are being met through events, meetings, and partnershipResponsible for budget allocated to ecosystem engagement and community developmentCollaborate closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment in strategies and goalsMaintain regular communication with the leaders, providing updates on sales targets, market feedback, and team performance

  The Expertise We're Looking for and The Skills You Bring

  Bachelor's Degree7+ years' experience in a sales leadership rolePrior experience in a high growth SaaS start-up scaling the operations of a sales teamExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsExperience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Power BIMotivated self-starter that is metrics driven and focused on driving growthAbility to present at an executive levelStrong strategic planning and organizational skills

  We have been a leader in servicing public companies for their equity administration needs for two decades and through our recent acquisition of Shoobx, Inc we have expanded our offering of first-class services/solutions to service private companies and the start-up ecosystem.

  The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$255,000 per year.

  Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

  Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
