Overview
We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Vice President of Brand Creative to join Intuit's Brand and Transformation team. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Storytelling Officer, the Vice President of Brand Creative will lead and influence all aspects of the creative expressions of the Intuit brand externally across paid and owned channels, sponsorships, employer brand, events, as well as internally with flagship events that fuel the company's transformation. This leader, in close partnership with the Vice President of Brand and the Vice President of Corporate Communications,, will lead creative excellence through a deep bench of world-class designers, copywriters and video producers to deliver exceptional work that inspires and engages our employees, customers, partners, communities, and shareholders. This role will require a deep partnership with brand builders across the Intuit ecosystem to elevate Intuit to a household brand through and with our four cornerstone brands: TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading in-house creative teams to deliver exceptional and breakthrough work across a wide range of brand touchpoints.

Elevate the Intuit brand through a dynamic and ownable visual identity Define and activate clear and authentic voice and tone guidelines to help bring Intuit's personality to life across audiences and channelsRefine and execute the Intuit platform brand architecture in close partnership with our cornerstone brands
Intuit Brand Go-To-Market Strategy and Implementation: Deliver breakthrough creative expressions of the Intuit brand to achieve bold outcomes across reputation (trust), awareness, familiarity and understanding. Understand success of campaigns and give the Intuit brand more meaning and depth through breakthrough creative work that captures the heart and soul of who we are and how we power prosperity for the customers and communities we serve. Work includes:
Campaign creative development (paid and owned)Go to market creative concepting and implementation for corporate responsibility efforts with focus on financial literacyIntuit employer brand building across key regions and functional areasIntuit.com end to end design and content strategy Work closely with creative counterparts across the Intuit ecosystem to build in-house marketing capabilities by streamlining usage of agencies and scaling centralized creative support
One Intuit Sponsorship Strategy and Execution: end-to-end creative oversight of sponsorship activations across current cross-ecosystem partnerships as well as new ones. Work includes:
Establish Intuit Dome as a 'world-class', tech-led, entertainment venue that transforms the fan experience strengthens the community and powers prosperity in unprecedented waysIncrease Intuit awareness and association of cornerstone brands with Intuit through coordinated, cross-Intuit activation of high-profile partnerships including the NFL Deliver 10X activations and net new partnerships that build cultural relevance of Intuit and accelerate perceptions of Intuit as an innovative technology brand at scale
Intuit flagship events: Deliver world-class and transformative hybrid experiences for existing employees (State of the Company, Intuit Leadership Conference, Big Bet Review, 6-year plan, Global Engineering Days, and many more), for prospect top tech talent (AfroTech, Grace Hopper) and for customers/partners (QuickBooks Connect), and shareholders (Investor Day).
