Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with process management systems such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Experience with SQL, other reporting tools, and techniques.
Experience with business process improvement, project management, and leading projects in a global setup.
Preferred qualifications: 1 year of experience in program or project management.
Experience with managing vendor operations or working in a vendor environment.
Understanding of biological science and of human anatomy.
Ability to work independently and on multiple threads at once.
Excellent presentation, verbal/written communication, and influencing skills.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, excellent decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
Perform activity and resource planning, controlling time management, cost estimating, and developing the budget. Analyze and manage project risk and change management, including monitoring progress of launches, manage agreements, and billing management. Improve and maintain quality frameworks across multiple product functions for vendor operations. Lead projects across Product Areas and deliver quantifiable quality improvement initiatives across Trust and Safety vendor operations. Work with multiple stakeholders across Product, Policy and Engineering teams, and drive projects that improve the overall quality of vendor operations and make our products safer. Capture, define, and document process requirements for the Business Intelligence team to build dashboards and drive insights. Identify areas of improvement around process efficiency, and work with the Trust and Safety Vendor Operations Tools and Business Intelligence Team to introduce automation and build useful data insights.
