  Vendor Operations Manager. Senior Associate (Hybrid)

  A Senior Associate, Vendor Management is responsible for supporting Business Unit adherence to corporate third party management policy by executing basic company policy requirements, and for ensuring that appropriate documentation exists for their assigned third party relationships. A Senior Associate, depending on the circumstances, be called on to support business relationship management efforts in TP monitoring, contract adherence, risk identification and remediation through document analysis, site assessments, third party communication, performance metric coordination with business stakeholders, TP project management, or other support as necessary. A Senior Associate, Supplier Management IS expected to work in a collaborative environment with internal customers, as well as with other appropriate stakeholder groups within Capital One.

  This position does require onsite attendance

  Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office in Plano, TX for certain aspects of the role.

  Responsibilities:

  Support business units primary point of contact for third partiesExecute and evaluate TPM policy requirements for assigned complex third party relationshipsMonitor against third party contractual obligationsGoogle Expert and proficient building decksMonitor SLA's for key third party relationshipsProactively identify and/or mitigate basic third party related riskPartner with internal risk or oversight groups to perform all relevant TP monitoring requirementsResolve performance related issues/escalations with third partiesSupport invoice review, reconciliation and payment processPrepare and deliver monthly performance reviewsPerform tactical requirements for on-boarding/off-boarding of third partiesSupport and coordinate third party-related internal audits

  Basic Qualifications:

  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience in operations management, vendor management, or risk management

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or military experience5+ years of experience in People Management2+ years of experience in Google Suites2+ years of experience in Process Management5+ years of experience in operations management, vendor management, or risk managementPMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
