  What you'll do:

  Leading and directing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements and translating requirements into technical solutions and project plans while managing cost, resources, and timelines. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

   What you'll bring

  Contributing technical expertise to product development, coordinating the development of new technologies with IT engineers, and ensuring timely product delivery. Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization Assessing the effectiveness of the project team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example Ensuring compliance with industry standards Utilizes knowledge of: Risk management methodologies; Project management tools, techniques, and methodologies; Project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports; Financial management tools and processes; Budgeting and internal and external programs; Change management; Critical paths; Negotiation methodologies. To independently monitor and evaluate the progress of multiple projects in a program against approved milestones, quality metrics, and timelines.
