Included in this are data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure. All these products and services are supported by scalable and powerful infrastructure, ensuring a secure and seamless employee and customer experience across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers. Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart's data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.

　　 What you'll do:

　　As a Software Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and developing new product features, supporting existing implementations and working with product, engineering, & business partners on new innovations. Gather requirements and build multiple backend and frontend software features for Walmart's Data Venture Team. Participate in backlog grooming and sprint retrospection after sprints end.Implement various backend and frontend features and fix bugs in the Development (DEV) and Stage environments.Write Java Backend Services, JUNits & automation.Add multiple unit tests and integration tests for each feature.Fix Sonar Lint issues and improve software performance. Participate in software deployments and peer code reviews.Demo built features to internal team members and in sprint demos. On-board new team members and conduct knowledge transfers.

　　Experience building Java Spring Boot Microservices using REST API.Experience building GraphQL API using JAVA.Experience building web applications using ReactJS, and JavaScript.Experience working on Spark jobs using Python and Google Cloud Platform.Extensive experience working on Looker, cosmos & No SQL DB.Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.Hands on development skills to prototype technical solutions. Ability to adapt to change quickly, willingness to learn new and emerging technologiesGood communication and interpersonal skills Experience participating in DevOps activities using Concord, Docker, and Kubernetes.Experience using multi cloud Azure, GCP, Big Query and MySQL Database to create queries.
