What you'll do...
The Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operation role is a managerial position in which you will oversee a group of HVAC/R technicians across the state of South Dakota who complete work orders at our Walmart locations. This exciting opportunity will give an individual the ability to oversee and coordinate repair projects, manage and review financial plans, and partner with store leadership to serve our customer of the stores. This individual will work primarily with the technicians, fellow managers of different trades, and Walmart store management. The role is available to anyone within the state of South Dakota (or very close proximity to) and reports to the Senior Manager for the area, Kevlin Bruns.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
You have multiple years of hands on experience in the rack refrigeration/HVAC field.Have well versed managerial experience in a field such as facility maintenance, construction, or engineering.
You'll make an impact by...
Managing multiple ongoing projects at different Walmart locations.Developing the skills and abilities of the technicians in your organization.Maintaining the financial health of your sub-region monthly, quarterly, and annually.Building a strong partnership with store management and other operations leaders.
