　　This position is located in Chicago, Ill, Richardson, TX

　　What are your responsibilities?

　　The internship program within the Data & Analytics Solutions team recruits qualified candidates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience with analytics and have a unique opportunity to explore those skills within the healthcare industry. Interns will be assigned to engagements where they become fully integrated in the data analytics process including but not limited to data profiling and analysis, database creation, data quality and governance, data insight generation and reporting. As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will leverage your skillset to help our team create value added healthcare analytics capabilities.

　　What Do You Need to Be Successful?

　　• Passion for data, analytics, problem solving, and process improvement

　　• Ability to self-motivate, remain organized, and receive direction well

　　• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　• Exceptional attention to detail and quality

　　• Basic knowledge of programing languages (SQL, Python, Scala, VBA etc.) and relational database concepts preferred

　　• Familiarity with data visualization tools and concepts

　　• Moderate skillset in Microsoft Office, such as Excel and PowerPoint

　　What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?

　　• Pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Engineering, Informatics, Applied Statistics, Information Studies, Management Information Systems, or a related field

　　• Graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025

　　• A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

　　• Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
