Your role

　　We are looking for someone who can work with innovation stakeholders and executives across UBS Group to:

　　• support the development of an innovation strategy and roadmap of actionable opportunities to be addressed through UBS Next innovation and venture activities

　　• build thought leadership and write exploration papers on the future of finance

　　• drive client research and product idea development for incubation and venture projects

　　• support internal entrepreneur teams on implementing approaches to evaluate new business opportunities that validate client needs and business viability

　　• drive the evolution of prototypes and experiments across a variety of new business opportunities in collaboration with business and technology teams and partners

　　Your expertise

　　• ideally 5+ years of experience in client research, product management or strategy / business development focused on financial services, venture or go-to-market experience a plus

　　• a strong interest in trends research and the future of financial services

　　• a structured approach to problem solving which combines creative thinking and the curiosity to form in-depth opinions with the pragmatism to drive tangible outcomes and opportunities

　　• a team player competent at communicating across business and technology teams as well as with clients
