Overview
Responsible to maximize impact of brand/consumer initiatives, including W2M for NPDs, Seasonal Exploitation, Promotional Activity, plan sales through assurance of excellent POS execution standards and efficient leverage of Trade Mktg. resources in DTS, On Premise & Gas Station Channels - in order to deliver channel objectives - volume, revenues and ROI. Coordinate the implementation of Visibility projects and the annual planning, trimester and ad hoc execution programs translating brand strategy on DTS and OP Channels.Responsible to track & control the annual DTS, On Premise & Gas Station Brand Visibility Marketing Budget
Responsibilities
Develop trade channel relevant strategies, annual promotion plans, execution and evaluation starting from DTA, On Premise & Gas channel characteristics, needs and trends. Recommended changes in plan based on performance or market conditions. Develop relevant planograms for our food permanent shelf space, permanent tools and coolers according to the marketing strategies, SKU margins and rotation to ensure optimum product availability at POS in OP & Gas Station channels Develop perfect store plans & strategies according to POS/channel segmentation to achieve picture of success in Gas Stations/ On Premise channels & guide sales & channel development teams Lead process of building and developing tools/solutions for space management (assortment, planogram) that will differentiate PepsiCo from its competitors. Propose MHP range per channel in OP and customer in Gas Station for food Track and control of the On Premise/Gas Station & Brand Visibility food budget Seek and analyze relevant information from the trade universe, closely monitor competitive activity in the trade marketing area. Support Revenue Management Strategy based on Store Segments' needs and PepsiCo's priorities Gives input to volume forecasting process to Sales planning Supports sales team in meetings with key customers to sell in marketing plans and promotions
Qualifications
2-3yrs of experience in related area (category development/management, sales, commercial etc.). Full knowledge of all channel development principles and ability to drive category growth through these levers Experience in sales and / or marketing and the delivery of plans and vision through to the POS and shopper. Significant experience of project management Work-streams both internally and externally. Experience in channel planning processes to deliver PepsiCo plan ( E.g. Business Planning / Customer Planning). Ability to generate customer plans managing cross functional inputs Ability to overcome objections using combination of fact based evidence and influencing skills Ability to build & propose Brand Visibility plans in line with Category/Marketing brand book communication University educated English, Romanian Fully PC literate Team player Results orientated Marketing and sales background is desired.
