Job Description:
Responsible for managing the company's financial resources for Asset Liability Measurement, Funds transfer pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate Risk Management, Capital Planning, Liquidity Analysis and Balance sheet Analysis. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
Supports modeling changes required for effectively managing the company's financial resources for asset liability measurement, funding analytics, interest rate risk management, net interest margin analytics, funds transfer pricing balance sheet analytics capital planning, and liquidity analysisPlays a key role in leading system upgrades or new implementations of ALM systemsActively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management and is able to provide timely support to business partnersAssesses and effectively communicates Treasury risks; ensures all regulatory analytics and data assumptions are accurate, follows the necessary checks and controls, are provides in a timely manner to senior management for effective risk managementCo-creates existing frameworks, models, and processes with regard to asset liability measurement, interest rate risk management, net interest margin analysis, funding analytics, funds transfer pricing, balance sheet analytics, liquidity analysis and capital planningMaintains, builds, simplifies, automates or enhances the reporting and analytics capabilitiesDevelops or contributes with analytics for key strategic communications to key internal and external stakeholders; provide guidance for business partners on Treasury risks and metrics for enhanced business decisionsAssist with, and makes modeling adjustments to the system to meet ongoing regulatory and strategic requirements designed to mitigate risk through the economic cycle; monitors regulatory and market developments related to area of expertise; develops or updates Treasury related policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services or related field
Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related fieldPrior experience in Treasury, Finance, or Risk Management would be helpful, particularly in the areas of asset/liability management, liquidity management, or funds transfer pricingPrior experience with ALM systems such as QRM, Bancware, or EmpyreanIntermediary SQL experience1+ years of experience in ALM modeling1+ years of experience in Treasury

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
