Position Summary
Facilitates engaging training to Aetna International Operations employees and assists in the design and development of curriculum. Collaborates with local leadership and training design teams to ensure the successful development and transfer of learning from the classroom back to the job. Oversees the classroom environment for long-term and complex training initiatives, managing all aspects of student performance and feedback to management.
• Facilitate training sessions for designated audiences ensuring all classroom activities documented and reported to appropriate individuals in the organization.
• Revise and customize curriculum to reflect unique geographic, product and/or audience variations.
• Work with local business leaders to align the performance variables required to transfer learning back to the job.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs during and at designated intervals after delivery to determine the effectiveness and, when appropriate, ROI of training programs.
• Provide feedback from program participants and local business leaders back to design and development resources. Participate in the development effort to enhance the curricula based on that feedback.
• Actively engage with the design and development resources to collect and coordinate subject
matter expertise, to collaborate on and influence the design and development of curriculum and to ensure that the right curriculum is developed using the appropriate learning medium.
• Conduct performance analysis with business leaders to identify performance gaps, appropriate training interventions, and other variables required to improve business performance.
Required Qualifications
• 1+ years experience with Aetna International claims processing and/or call center processes within the health care business OR 2+ years of training and leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to effectively collaborate with people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous training experience or proven call/claim processing skills desirable
• Excellent facilitation and classroom management skills
• Prior experience working with QuickBase
Education
• Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience.
• Education in adult learning principles and best in practice learning techniques (preferred)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $31.10
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
