Corporate Services
Our Corporate Services division provides director services, corporate administration, secretarial, bookkeeping and accounting services to diverse corporate and institutionally owned multi-jurisdictional structures consisting of companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts and other vehicles. We deliver best practice services across multiple jurisdictions to clients with international profiles.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
Collaborate with your team to manage client portfolios, learning from those with a vast knowledge of the industryPro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as you develop your knowledge and skillsCommunicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis with support from your teamEnsure client records are clearly and accurately updated and maintained with integrity whilst adhering to internal Policies and ProceduresProvide support in the opening of bank accounts, onboarding new clients and other services we offerAs you develop new skills, you will be encouraged to provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks As a global company, there are endless opportunities for personal development using all the resources available at Intertrust to make you and your career a success. Be pro active and forward thinkingRequired to have the relevant right to work documentation for the UK and/or Channel Islands Be able to use your initiative when handling tasks and have a desire to learn and study towards professional qualificationsBe committed and driven to achieving excellence for themselves and our clientsA-level / college qualifications or experience working within a similar role with transferrable skills#ITG
