　　Experience of at least 5 years in trade marketing positions.

　　Experience in investment platforms.

　　Responsible for managing customer development, evolution of points of sale and building experiences at the point of sale.

　　Leading the entire Diageo BAR academy platform, having the global On trade platform.

　　In charge of the capabilities and incentives agenda for staff.
