Your Key Responsibilities
The full time Third-Party Coordinator (TPC) position is responsible for spearheading the resolution of technical and coordination matters involving third parties and other project stakeholders.
The TPC coordinates with the technical representatives on the project team as well as third-party stakeholders.
The TPC tracks and monitors the third party stakeholders’ and the design team’s action item progress. Progress is to be reported to the Authority by way of the Accountability Matrix.
The TPC works with the Project Manager and discipline leads to verify that the designs are in compliance with contract documents, governmental regulations, environmental and cultural commitments, and third party standards.
The TPC assists the Third Party Lead with reviewing the submittals, schedules, and budget.
The TPC participates in design progression reviews with all design disciplines as required.
The TPC reviews monthly progress reports for utility work to verify progress against budget.
The TPC assists with the oversight efforts of the respective project team for project interface and integration.
Assisting the other team members with monitoring and facilitating the change process is a critical component of the TPC's responsibility to resolve issues.
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to business development and marketing related tasks.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license.
Must be committed to zero safety incidents.
Education and Experience
Must have at least 5 years of experience on public works or transportation projects.
Associate’s or technical degree preferred.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

CA Other Areas $28.17 Per Hour - CA Other Areas $39.47 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
