  Process Overview

  IMO Operations is responsible for providing L2 & L3 Production support for multiple AIT's related to Global Active Directory & Security Tools/products enterprise wide.

  Job Description

  Provide Operational Support of security Tools & provide coverage during India business hours which includes On-Call Support. Engage in Design, development, enhancements, functional & performance testing, reporting, engineering, maintaining/Monitoring & Operational Support of varied applications and tools.

  Responsibilities

  Provides day to day direction and coaching/mentorship to the team that performs operational support for security tools.Must have 3-5 years of experience with configuring, managing infrastructure and user-level support for CyberArk and/or HashiCorp.Identify and help manage incidents as the lead of a global 24/7 team. Communicate effectively across all levels, tailoring materials to the audience.Monitor for events that may need escalation to prevent risks related to fraud, abuse, and user trust. Follow a prioritization model to determine if events needs escalation and engage appropriate stakeholders.Ensure incidents are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately using internal incident management tools and systems. Manage or assist in conducting reviews to capture lessons-learned and ensure regular follow-up.Conduct trend analysis on past incidents to understand any gaps in coverage and help identify possible incidents before they occur.Help expand the incident management program and our support and awareness of emerging product escalations. Coordinate with other Incident Response teams to promote best practices and consistency.Ability to influence peers, direct reports, and management; ability to partner with cross-function teams and form relationships to achieve objectives.Create and maintain playbooks for daily operational activities.

  Requirements

  Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA

  Certifications If Any: MCSE, Linux

  Experience Range: 8 to 10 years

  Foundational Skills

  Windows Infrastructure MaintenanceLinux OS supportComplex troubleshooting experience on windows and Linux infra serversGood knowledge on Security tools like powerbroker, IMPF.etcKnowledge on User authentication and other operational systemsMust have 3-5 years of experience with configuring, managing infrastructure and user-level support for CyberArk and/or HashiCorpWorking experience with Secrets management use cases for application leveraging and integration with Hashicorp vault

  Desired Skills

  Hands on experience in CyberArk and Hashicorp along with Vintela Powerbroker operations knowledge will be an advantage.Understanding of how REST APIs work and how they can be integrated for various tech stack like java, python etc.Analysis & troubleshooting with Hashicorp valt logs for any issue reported by the apps.Coding and/or scripting abilities in Python, Java, Bash or Perl will be an added advantage.Strong experience in a Linux and Windows environment and good understanding of network protocols and architectures.Experience and expertise in security and lifecycle management, auditing methodology, and technology risk assessments.Must know how to manage endpoint access and privileges in CyberArk.Must know how REST APIs work and how they can be integrated with CyberArk vault.Strong knowledge of CyberArk tool/ CyberArk PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AIM.Ability to document and communicate risks and controls succinctly to both business and technical stakeholders.Solid understanding of information operational policies, standards, industry best practices, and frameworks.Strong business acumen with the proven ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.Experience leading a high-performance team, mentoring and coaching team members to be good corporate citizens and provide day to day work direction.

  Work Timings

  6:30 am - 03:30pm and 01:30PM to 10:30PM (weekdays), Weekend: Rotational On-call support 16*7 support

  Job Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad
