  Your Role:

  As a Technology Segment Leader for Analog and Sensors in our EMEA team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping demand creation and profitable sales growth in this dynamic technology segment. Your responsibilities will include:

  Strategic Leadership: Build and execute the technology strategy, aligning with global, EMEA, and regional goals.Market Insight: Identify high-growth target applications and opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.Key Engagements: Establish influential business relationships with key suppliers, customers, and partners. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving innovation, and ensuring continuous development.Excellence in Product Development: Drive innovation in the design, development, testing, and validation of analog and sensors products.Collaboration: Work closely with other technology leaders, product managers, marketing, sales, and customers to deliver competitive solutions.Brand Representation: Represent Arrow Electronics at external events, conferences, and forums, promoting our brand and value proposition.

  Your Qualifications:

  Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field, focusing on analog and sensors technology.Minimum of 10 years in the electronics industry, with a successful track record in leading analog and sensors products and projects.Deep knowledge of analog and sensors technology, covering design principles, architectures, circuits, components, devices, systems, and applications.Strong leadership and management skills, motivating and empowering your engineering team.Creative thinking, problem-solving, and an ability to think outside the box.Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English (written and spoken), and preferably proficiency in another language.
