Overview
To compile, research, analyze, and document project, requirements, workflow / processes, and functionality for respective ISD group. To develop and evaluate information and prepare recommendations. To identify process improvement and technology advancement opportunities. To partner with Technology Product Owner (TPO) in the creation, management, and maintenance of product boards and product backlogs.
Responsibilities
Clearly presents status and issues in variety of oral and written formats, and leads product meetingsAuthors wide variety of user stories/features/product backlog items; provides critical feedback to other stories/features/backlog itemsLiaises between product team and business area to identify process improvement and forms advancement opportunitiesSolves business problems by defining systems solutions via interviewing stakeholders, identifying and evaluating alternatives, and presenting findingsAssists in managing high volume project queue either solo or in partnership with TPO and project coordinatorsRecognizes and proactively raises issues or risks along with well-considered solutionsElicits and documents functional and non-functional requirements using variety of techniques, including interviews, document analysis, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and diagrammingCreates and presents executive level PowerPoint presentations, design experience creating process maps and infographics is a plusRepresents requirements using alternative views, such as epics/features/stories/product backlog items, models, diagrams, prototypes, or scenarios, to facilitate communication to the project / product team graphic design experience is a plusTracks and manages requirements status and changes throughout project / product lifecycle via board/backlog management and maintenanceContinually seeks opportunities to improve and increase level of industry/domain-specific knowledge by remaining current with emerging products and technical updates specific to forms design and creationMentors and guides Interns, Contractors, or Junior staffContributes to department/branch process improvementsPresents project, product, or other material at All Hands meetingsPerforms other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Possesses/maintains significant experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; artifacts and deliverables are polished and professionalExperience in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Experience Manager and Azure Dev OpsDemonstrates and applies knowledge in IT solution creation and delivery to assigned project/productDemonstrates competence in planning, organization, and multi-taskingNavy Federal Service Now knowledgeNavy Federal products, services, programs, policies, and proceduresExperience leading, guiding, and coaching less senior staff and contractorsManages multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals via effective organizational, planning, and time management skillsPossesses/maintains solid skills with data querying, reporting, and analysis; comfortable recommending solutions to problemsPossesses/maintains solid verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Desired Qualifications
Certifications in MS Azure Cloud Fundamentals, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is helpful
Salary: Level II - $34.62 - $50.58 hourly | Level III - $82,700 - $138,900 annually
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
