About the Role
Support the technology platforms of multiple lines of business within the Commercial Capital business. Understand the needs of the business, create artifacts to document the needs and requirements, and collaborate with the technology team to implement technology solutions through an agile process.
ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with system end users within the business to understand their needs for Business intelligence solutionDeveloping a deep level knowledge and understanding of both the commercial banking business and the BI (OBIEE / Power BI / Tableau / Qlik)Responsible for migration from Oracle OBIEE to Power BI / Tableau / QlikAssessing client needs, hands on experience on agile methodologies, maintaining business intelligence infrastructure, and providing support to business analysts and managersCreation of data models, access structures, and reports by using SQL / PythonAbility to analyze large datasets, big financial data by using SQL / PythonKey Skillsets include:Expertise and understanding of commercial banking Financial attributesExperience of working in an agile software development environmentStrong experience in problem solvingExperience of migration of data from Oracle to BI toolsAble to understand complex business situations and problemsVery strong verbal and written communication skillAbility to work closely with end users in the United StatesDatabase experience and ability to write basic SQL/ Python statementsData analysis abilities Essential QualificationsMaster / Bachelor's Degree in related field required5+ years of experience as a BI developerExperience in the financial / banking industry (experience in commercial banking preferred)Experience working directly with end users to collect information and requirementsFlexibility to work in different shifts We Value Diversity
