  技術的かつ専門性の高い支援チームと、効率よく利用できるように支援する2つのチームでお客様をサポート!

  具体的な仕事内容

  技術サポートスペシャリスト

  問い合わせ対応の調査、確認、および管理 (チャット・電話・メールでの対応がメインになります)再発を防ぐための問題分析技術的なFAQの作成および公開必要に応じて開発部署へのエスカレーションインストールやライセンス認証のトラブル処理、サーバの導入や運用面での技術サポート(Windows上のサポートがメインですが、Linuxを知っていれば尚可)

  大手お客様担当の利用促進サポートスペシャリスト

  いただいたお問い合わせ全体の把握と重要なお問い合わせがスムーズに対応されるように交通整理をおこないます。お問い合わせ内容やエラーの傾向を分析し、お客様やアカウントチームに様々な改善のための技術的な提案を行います。

  チーム組織構成

  チームの先輩からのトレーニングやオンラインコースを利用して、技術や経験を高めていくことができる環境です。オートデスクソリューションの専門家として、ものづくりに携わるお客様へサポートしてください。

  グローバルプロダクトサポートチーム

  対象となる方

  オートデスクの製品や関連分野の同等製品のサポート経験のある方

  【下記いずれかの製品をサポートができる方】

  AutoCAD、Fusion360、BIM360、ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) 、ShotGrid (旧Shotgun)、Revit、Civil3D、Infraworks、インストールやライセンス認証トラブル対応の経験

  望ましいスキル

  PC、ネットワーク・システムセキュリティ、クラウドの知識チームで協力しながら業務を進めることができるスキル口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力基本的な英語の読解スキルインシデント管理またはカスタマーサービスの経験自発的に行動できる方
