What you'll do:
Responsible for building relationships with leaders and stakeholders across North America to drive talent sourcing strategy and in alignment with the goals for the technology teams Grow, mentor and lead an engaged and high performing team Lead team to creatively source and connect with top engineering talent Act as the industry go-to for top-talent (via networking, keeping up with tech news, industry mapping, etc.) Architect the candidate generation strategy from talent sourcing, engagement, and assessment stage.Coach the sourcing team to be experts in selling the company story, articulating the exciting challenges our engineers get to tackle every day in an unbeatable cultureSr. Sourcing Manager will influence employment brand, market analysis and compete strategy.Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with recruiting team. Facilitate a strong partnership between sourcers and recruiters, and ensure a smooth hand off of the candidate, fostering excellent candidate experience.Ensure sourcers maintain communications and correspondence with candidates, ensuring all candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience throughout the process Hold hiring stakeholders accountable & assist in keeping the hiring process on track Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires Attend industry networking events, meet-ups, and campus recruiting activities to build brand awareness and engage/attract top talent
Who you are:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 10+ years technical recruiting experience for software, product-driven companies OR agency recruiting focused on hiring technical talent 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience leading a technical sourcing team, including building collaborative and data driven sourcing strategies.Demonstrated ability to lead teams Experience in building recruiting strategies Ability and passion for having technical discussions Equipped with creative sourcing techniques, and a proven track record of engaging talent/ hiring for hard to fill roles at super speed Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Highly organized and able to handle shifting priorities and schedules Maintains high level of confidentiality and professionalism

NY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$110,500-$202,500 USD
