Your mission will be to acquire in-depth knowledge of our advertising solutions, advise clients on best practices, and swiftly address any technical challenges that arise. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of tools, the automation of services and operations, and the facilitation of internal and external education on Meta's marketing solutions. We are seeking individuals who are naturally inquisitive, comfortable navigating uncertain situations, and adept at devising innovative solutions to meet client requirements.In this role, your primary focus will be on our advertisers in the Greater China Region (GCR). Proficiency in Mandarin is a requirement, and prior experience working in Greater China is preferred.This position is full-time and located in our Singapore Office.

　　Technical Solutions Consultant Responsibilities:

　　Develop a deep understanding of Meta's advertising products, encompassing signals, measurement, and ads delivery, and offer advisory support to clients and partners regarding best practices and customized configurations.Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta's advertising solutionsCollaborate closely with Sales teams to advance business goals, prioritize initiatives, and formulate market or vertical plans.Work closely with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams in the go-to-market (GTM) process of launching new products and supporting existing onesDiscover opportunities for enhancing and streamlining workflows through optimization and automation.Take the lead in providing technical training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed about best practices and the latest solutions.Minimum Qualifications:

　　A background of 5+ years in the digital advertising or technology industries, along with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising technology landscapeProficient in troubleshooting advertising technologies, including but not limited to pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systemsExperience working with web technologies such as: APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTPProficiency in SQLExperience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical individuals or groupsBA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related degreeFluency in English and Mandarin are required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is English and MandarinPreferred Qualifications:
