　　We are looking for a technical product owner to partner with our VIU by HUB business and technology teams through its exciting next growth phase. This Technical Product Owner role will be charged with fostering strong relationships and working closely with internal and external customers, Sales, PSM, DevOps, CloudOps, Legal, and development teams. You will have prior experience in a B2B environment translating technical requirements into effective implementation and customer needs. You will bring a track record of success in building and delivering products and services that enable and leverage enterprise capabilities internal and external customers love. This role will be empowered to drive personal and small commercial product growth by assisting in building a 21st-century digital brokerage with a passionate focus on providing protective solutions for both consumers and small business owners.

　　In This Role, You'll Get To Collaborate with customers and the internal product and enterprise technology development teams to translate business roadmaps and capabilities into tangible technical implementations Serve as the product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community Drive communication and vision between the business, enterprise technology, product development, platform, data, and operations teams. Uncover and understand internal and external customer needs and translate them into requirements for future sprints Iterate on the existing effectiveness of the organization, making the hard decisions to enable our team to capitalize on opportunities to impact our customer experience positively Understand upcoming technology trends and how they impact the VIU by HUB Roadmap Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly Assess and address technical risks related to the Enterprise and VIU platforms Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper technical product documentation with the teams We Are Looking for Someone Who Has the Following Competencies Strong vision and background in digital technical product capability that leverages existing enterprise technology platforms and market insights in the B2C and B2B2C space Ability to harness cross-industry knowledge of leading-edge technical product capabilities and translate that into the vision for the team Strong inter-team collaboration between various technical, business, marketing, and IT teams Ability to operate and lead technical product vision in a dedicated Agile sprint process and squads Ability to drive continued innovation in thinking, requirements, and delivered capabilities An inspirational, collaborative mindset with demonstrated success in building products and capabilities that customers love A track record of product-driven growth fueled by a great end to end internal and eternal customer experience Ability to set product and technology vision for the squad and own the outcome Create inclusive team environments that foster trust and a sense of empowerment. 　　Required Experience: At least 10 years of technical and/or product development with minimum 3-5 years in a software Product Owner role (or a product manager or technical manager with hands on experience managing backlogs and collaborating with developers and enterprise technology teams). Experience building and managing high engagement digital consumer products and features on a flexible, services-based and omni-channel platforms is a plus (i.e. mobile, APIs). Managed product backlog and story refinement meetings Prioritized the implementation of new features to maximize business value and set specific release timelines Experienced with development and project management tools like Jira and Confluence Ability to build relationship with internal and external customers and users to determine requirements and priorities and validate output of development team sprints Attention to detail and deadline-focused Familiarity and experience with CRM, Sales Automation, Omni-Channel, etc. platforms interacting with a Digital Product is a big plus Strong user and stakeholder focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent communicator, comfortable having product and technical discussions with both internal and external developers and UX teams Experience in team environments, working in Agile teams of developers, quality engineers and project managers Ability to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Travel: Up to 15% as needed

　　Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $125K to $145K and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
