　　We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead a fresh new Squad whose mission is to merge our different applications and future potential acquired platforms.

　　Your mission is strategic for the company: each acquisition is a bet on our capability to package an enriched offer and answer better our market needs. 

　　You’ll lead the operations to create functional bridges and use cases between different products and APIs but also ensure the better planning for a smooth merge of the different platforms and applications (One platform, One application, One experience).

　　Your North Star Metric is the average number of sold products per won deal, you will own the product investments and the roadmap to reach this NSM.

　　As a Product Manager, you’ll also be a member of the Product Management chapter (10 PMs in total) and will share best practices, processes and great ideas with us. You’ll also work closely with a Product Designer to help you in User Research, design and find the best solutions to meet our clients’ expectations. 

　　You’ll also lead a squad composed of a Scrum Master, front-end and back-end developers and a QA engineer (Product Owner missions).

　　Our stack is BigQuery, Canny, Atlassian suite (Jira/Jira Product Discovery/ Confluence), Mixpanel, Metabase, Grafana, Flagship, AB Tasty (drinking our own champagne).

　　We leverage specific and standard frameworks to enable PMs to be successful: Lean design, design sprints, UCD, 6-week cycles, RICE, Investment themes, Monthly Cadence, Continuous Optimization, North star metrics & OKRs.

　　A few examples of your responsibilities:Identifying the most valuable multi-products use cases by leading frequent meetings with clients, prospects, partners and internal stakeholders which use our different productsFinding problems & opportunities : desirability about your solutionDefining user stories, functional and technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and pairing with product design & engineering to deliver solutions : feasibility of the proposed solutionFollow the development of your projects, QA the workflows, check the acceptance criteria and initial prototypes with Product design, and partner with engineers along the way to deliver featuresEnsure smooth release: you lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders, Customer Success and Sales enablement on all readiness activities, including product testing, internal user training, rollout, early adoption program and product support.Develop opportunity assessments, and deliver technical and end-users documentation drafts.
