We're looking for a Technical Principal Product Manager to join our intrapreneurial team. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching the next generation of customer experiences and capabilities for our current and future customers through cutting edge technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Augmented Reality. You will be part of a talented multi-disciplined team of designers, engineers, data scientists, researchers and analysts incubating trajectory changing experiences and services for Intuit.
What you'll bring
7+ years designing and delivering world-class technology products or services in a Product Management role, 4+ years of these in Product Management at a technology company, ideally working on new or emerging technologies for products with ML/AI at their core.Track record of defining and building capabilities from concept to High degree of technical understanding with an expertise in AI/ML to closely collaborate with engineers, architects, data scientists, product managers, and leaders in both strategic and tactical discussions and to collaborate with a variety of functions across the company including legal, privacy and platform teams.Familiarity with AI/ML model development lifecycle, experience with large language models is an asset.Strong business and technical aptitude for understanding when and where to leverage new technologies to innovate existing products.Curiosity and the proven ability to learn fast (from customers, cross-functional partners, technology and developers); Creativity and experience thinking outside the box to solve problems 0 - 1.Passion for solving big customer problems through deep understanding of customer needs, market landscape and technology trends. Experimental mindset, adept at qualitatively and quantitatively validating concepts and assumptions through rapid and iterative testing.Strategic thinker and tactical executor, continually assessing prospective experiences, capabilities and products for desirability, feasibility and viability.Comfortable with building and nurturing new to Intuit proof of concepts which can evolve into experiences and emerging technology capabilities to be embedded or scaled into Intuit products and Demonstrated ability in recognizing, learning, and using new technologies to solve important customer problems.Clear and compelling storytelling abilities (written and verbal); able to make the complex simple and convince peers and executives to act; able to analyze industry trends, external threats, opportunities, and performance and quickly synthesize information and distill into clear, concise insights and recommendations.Demonstrated leadership and exceptional influencing skills in a cross-functional team setting, including partner teams you will collaborate with to deliver innovations that you incubate.The successful candidate will be a self-starter; adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, perceptive and able to execute a well-developed plan.Undergraduate degree in computing science, data science or related field. MBA a plus. (equivalent professional experience will be considered).
How you will lead
Define the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the application of language models to key Intuit use cases and partner closely with leaders across functions, including product managers, developers, engineers, architects, and data scientists to deliver on this strategy with measurable outcomes.Develop a flexible strategy for emerging technology initiatives that can quickly adapt to changing market conditions and new information.Be the expert and sought-after go-to on your customers and technical capabilities to address their needs, the competitive space, and relevant product analytics and Identify and champion new opportunities based on your learnings.Lead immediate and long term product prioritization across the initiative to ensure we make measurable progress against testing hypotheses through rapid experimentation and determine if/why we think it's going to work.Collaborate and work across Intuit product teams such as Credit Karma, TurboTax and QuickBooks to understand their priorities and identify where emerging technologies can accelerate their innovation for business impact.Work closely with Intuit product, data science, architect and technology teams to develop secure and scalable capabilities to power next generation experiences.Anticipate and resolve strategic issues that impair the team's ability to Interact with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points, gather insights and collect requirements.From capability's inception to delivery, take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success.Evangelize emerging technology capabilities throughout the company and across varying levels of organization.
