JOB DESCRIPTION

　　The position of Tech Lead is responsible to lead the software engineering teams and work with Ford Credit China business/IT partners , global technical teams to manage Document Manager Systems, to design and deliver technical solutions to support Ford Credit China business

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Develop software with a paired partner to deliver user stories that contribute to a valuable working software productDevelop automated tests with working software, to confirm software functionality, user story acceptance, and to detect regression defectsConfigure and customize solution for Ford unique needs by engaging other product teams, Application Protocol (API) development, and external partnersReview continuous integration build status and fixes build failuresReview ongoing production software operations and troubleshoots production issuesImplement tooling that monitors application performance metrics and automatically notifies team when failure occurs in productionWork with architect for IT design and integration solutionInfluences vendor(s) in areas of specialty including the content of future product releases and roadmaps Perform exploratory testing to confirm application execution and to identify software deficiencies not covered by automated testingActively participate in all team Agile ceremoniesActively manage the long-term delivery roadmap of the software productGuide and coach other software engineers on product teams

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years working experience and at least 5 years experiences in software development and other technical fieldExperience as IT professional of IT product delivery or IT Development/ operation supportHands-on java experience and familiar with DevOps/CICD, Angular, SQL Server and DB2Good understanding for S3Comfort level developing in tiers of application software: front-end, mobile, back-end and databaseKnowledge of software design patternsGood understanding of IT security and controls and IT security risk managementRespect and empathy for team members, business partner and product customerKnowledge and practical experience of agile deliveryTeam leadership and supervisory experienceDemonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones Good written and verbal communication in EnglishSelf-learner, ability to research a technology and provide insight to project teamKeep up to date on technical advancements Proactive, willing to deal with a complex/challenged situationPrevious experience to manage the Document Management Systems will be preferred
