　　 Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a Technical Writer & Editor to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

　　 Work Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland

　　 What you will do (day in the life):

　　Heavy focus on collaboratively editing technical documentation and deliverables in a fast-paced, proposal-like environment. Works collaboratively in all facets of writing, editing, and review processes. Writes and edits technical documentation & deliverables for internal and external customers. Provides technical accuracy, compliance, and completeness of content. Organizes configuration of text and graphics. Writes, edits and proofreads technical text and graphics. Identifies and applies applicable standards to documentation. Conducts reviews and coordinates projects to successful conclusion. Verifies consistency and clarity of communication. Develops concepts and proposals for new content management. Defines content organization, nomenclature and navigation systems for multifaceted projects. Provides expertise related to emerging trends and technology in the writing industry. Develops concepts and proposals for new content management delivery systems, processes and technological advances. Provides guidance on message development content, strategy and tools. Identifies and recommends high-level communication solutions and key message strategies. Required Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience (or Master's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience). TS/SCI clearance with polygraph adjudicated within the last 5 years. Extensive expertise in writing and editing technical documentation and deliverables. Extensive expertise with Microsoft Word for professional document creation, editing, and review. Must be able to work in a collaborative work environment. Enthusiastic about teamwork and collective ownership. Familiar with classification markings & policies. Summary Pay Range: Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
