　　Kforce has a client North of Salt Lake City, UT that is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a contract-to-hire role. This position will offer remote work with the need to be onsite on occasion for some meetings. The Technical Business Analyst will support various teams within the organization and perform the following duties as well as others to be assigned as projects move forward.Job Duties: Business Analyst will perform requirements gathering Liaise with the business Work with cross-functional teams to deliver requirements As a Business Analyst, you will be adept at building trust with teams Gain a strong understanding of the technology used within the products and delivery

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar Experience working with at least one of the following entities: Database Administration; Software Programming; Web Services Demonstrated experience supporting multiple concurrent projects Experience with discovery and documentation Experienced being thorough, reliable, and personable with cross-functional teams Demonstrated strong technical understanding and aptitude Requirements gathering Ability to develop working relationships of trust with technologists

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
