  Role Overview

  Broadridge is currently seeking a sharp, technology-driven student intern with data analysis and research skills to join our teams for an internship that gives an in-depth understanding of the organization through hands-on work experience and training seminars.

  Our objective is to provide a hands-on work experience while developing core values and the skills necessary for a successful career. Professional social networking opportunities to build strong business relationships beneficial towards a successful future.   As a Technical Account Management Intern, you will be on the front lines of ensuring Broadridge's global client base is effectively using our Order Management System (OMS), reference data and risk products day-to- day to drive their business.

  We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.

  ResponsibilitiesCentralize business-critical data in the repositoryMonthly monitoring, completion, and publication of dataValidating the data to ensure it is of a high-qualityPerform other duties supporting account management as neededGain industry and position insights while performing operational support tasks such as preparing and processing documents, conducting research and analysis, liaising with clients, and running ad hoc tasks as needed.Your ProfileCurrently enrolled in a college/university taking Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or other related disciplinesFluent in English both oral and written communicationCritical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertiseSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTeam player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentGood attention to details#LI-KA2 #LI-Hybrid
