About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our talent acquisition team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.
In this role, we are seeking a Tech Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support our e-commerce team. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders and be an integrated part of our continued growth and expansion. This is a 12-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters and other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are fulfilled.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth (e.g: measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired).
- Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications.
- Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.
- Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
- Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to manage external stakeholders will be a plus.
