　　Ads Platform and Interface team is building the best in class Advertiser experience. With our strong customer focus and dedication to technical excellence, we help Advertisers succeed. We are looking for strong software engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, and build highly scalable and reliable software, partnering across disciplines and geographies, to achieve the best results.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Lead the design, architecture, and development of the TikTok Ads Software, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

　　2. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and create efficient solutions.

　　3. Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster growth and development.

　　4. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing.

　　5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply them to solve challenging technical problems.

　　6. Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the engineering department.

　　Qualifications

　　1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline

　　2. 10+ years of experience in software engineering. Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills

　　3. Ability to think critically and formulate solutions in a clear and concise way

　　4. Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty)

　　5. Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus, but not required

　　6. Having previous role managing a small team is a plus

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $389500 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
