Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hybrid, 1x/week Philadelphia
Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist's role is to build the Medical Guardian team by attracting top talent for MG and guide them through the hiring process. This person is responsible for hiring high volumes of top talent on tight deadlines. In addition, they will own candidates and hiring manager communication and employee branding, as they are a candidates first impression of MG. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works to bring top candidates to MG swiftly, providing them with a world class candidate experience within time to fill commitments.
Duties:
Manage all aspects of the high-volume full life-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiations and offer process. Utilize ATS to maintain candidate details and workflow. Clearly and enthusiastically presenting the job responsibilities, company information and compensation and benefits details to candidates across different divisions and departments. Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and interviewers to determine position needs and keep managers updated on candidate status. Lead interview debriefs and manage action items. Define and document talent acquisition process, training managers as needed on process. Build and maintain a warm pipeline for recurring hiring training classes. Identify creative sourcing and networking methods for hard-to-fill roles. Report recruiting metrics and updates to VP. Maintain prioritization of all open positions, actively updating based on pipeline, urgency, etc. Maintain detailed records of all contact with candidates.Stay current with trends and regulations in talent acquisition.Prepare and extend job offers.
Qualifications & Competencies
2+ years of experience in a dedicated recruitment role. 1+ years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment. Experience with high-volume recruiting for exempt and non-exempt/hourly employees. Experience initiating background checks and fingerprinting, strongly preferred. Experience in full life-cycle recruitment including strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success in networking, building pipelines, behavior interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills. Knowledge of employer branding techniques and best practices, preferred. Knowledge of job posting compliance in a multi-state setting. Hands-on experience writing/editing job descriptions and managing hiring manager relationships. Experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now, desired), Sourcing (LinkedIn, minimum requirement), ATS and recruitment marketing tools. Ability to multi-task and produce results in a fast-paced environment. Proficient to advanced level of Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and MS Outlook. Proven ability to maintain Time-to-Fill and Time-to-Hire averages within agreed upon SLAs. Must maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Willing to be onsite once a week in Center City, Philadelphia.
