　　 You get to: Schedule interviews for all business units, coordinating custom requests and candidate travel in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environmentCoordinate aspects of onboarding - manage background checks through a third-party prescreening vendor and perform professional reference checks.Key member of talent acquisition programs such as employee referral program and college internship programAdjust quickly to changing priorities based on candidate/business needs, exercising judgment on when to make 'the call' vs. when to escalateAnticipate logistical hurdles and proactively tackle them while maintaining a high level of communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teamsParticipate and support special Human Capital/Recruiting projectsPerform other duties as assigned What you need:

　　Two years' experience of administrative support work in a professional environmentAbility to prioritize, balance, and execute tasks on multiple projects/programs, while exercising critical thinking in time-sensitive or confidential scenariosSkill in recognizing inefficiencies in daily operations, making recommendations and updating/educating team and managersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Desire to develop professionally and succeed in a team environmentBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Innovation Lives Here
