Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant. This role will support Eaton's high-volume production recruitment across our North American manufacturing plants.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $77249.97 - $113299.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies throughout North America for production operations hiring. Our Talent Acquisition team supports the company's strategic goal of identifying, attracting, and acquiring the best available talent to assist the organization in delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
This role can be based at our Beachwood, OH facility or remotely from a home office. This requisition will be capped at the first 100 applicants.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage the high-volume recruitment process of 120+ production-level positions in a fast-paced environment
• Triage priorities within your desk, delegating tasks to supporting colleagues as needed
• Partner with field HR and operations, seeking to support the business, including products and services of the client organization and production roles therein
• Bring creativity and strategic thought to develop recruiting plans specific to each unique requisition that exemplifies a depth of understanding of the client's hiring needs
• Consult, advise, and influence hiring teams on market availability, trends, and challenges, as well as hiring process bottlenecks and potential solutions to overcome roadblocks
• Capitalize on sourcing tools and resources to recruit passive manufacturing talent, including but not limited to candidate databases, hiring events, external agencies, and workforce data
• Train and develop colleagues and clients regarding Talent Acquisition best practices and processes
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• 3 years' experience working in a professional recruiting, staffing, or human resources role with full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities
• Legal authorization to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
• High volume recruiting experience, ideally involving skilled labor roles
• Experience working with OFCCP hiring policies and guidelines
• Experience in a HR role supporting a client organization(s)
• Previous experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's Degree
