About the role:
We are now hiring a Medical Manager to join our Oncology team who will be accountable for the design of Medical Affairs plans, providing scientific input, contributing to cross functional plans, collaborating to develop impactful medical education plans and evidence generation plans for pipeline as well as in market assets.
Key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Contributes to clinical and overall cross functional strategy during the brand life cycle / disease area
• Build strong partnerships with cross functional teams to drive the Oncology company objectives forward
• Have a seat at the cross functional table and provide medical input to overall business plans
• Act as strong team players within a thriving and newly forming medical team
• Performs critical appraisal of scientific data and contributes to publication plans
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop impactful medical education plans and projects, inspire, influence and educate on the importance of the clinical context
• Supports the process of building the evidence generation plan and assesses the future needs.
• Ability to identify and act on insights, relevant to launch readiness and life cycle maximization, analyse and share them timely and appropriately, to impact the strategy accordingly
• Supports creation of implementation science plans
• Effectively communicates clinical evidence to internal and/or external stakeholders
• Awareness of Health Care System's dynamics.
• Able to identify HCS stakeholder needs and opportunities to engage
• Awareness of regulatory and Market Access fundamentals

Role Requirements
Requirements:
• Medical doctor, UK GPhC Pharmacist, Phd/Masters qualification in scientific/medical or significant knowledge of Breast Cancer
• Good knowledge of Oncology (ideally Breast Cancer) is highly desirable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and customer orientation
• Knowledge of drug development and the UK Health Care System
• Good understanding of evidence generation and educational strategies
• Strong understanding of the ABPI code
