Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Quality Assurance Associate in Consumer Lending as part of WF Auto to support the Auto Product Development and Innovation Team. In this role, you will:Develop and execute test plans and test scriptsPerform routine and basic analysis, testing and certification of softwareCreate basic test plans and focus on test executionPerform simple test data conditioning, regression testing, and testing validationReview user requirements to ensure that requirements are testableValidate user expectations are achieved during the testing process and conduct quality assurance reviewsInteract with users to share information and clarify instructionsCollaborate with teams to create and select test cases and create test scripts UAT Under direct supervision, assist in the creation, preparation and execution of test standards for LOB processes, tools, and artifacts.Perform basic analysis, testing, and certification of LOB application specific software using business requirements and functional specification document.Work with more experienced analysts to create selected test cases and test scripts using guidelines with the primary focus of executing test scripts.Conduct simple test data conditioning and regression testing.Log, track, and verify resolution of LOB software and specification defects.Apply basic to intermediate testing tool knowledge to efforts.Document and adhere to all established standards.Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance/testing processKnowledge and understanding of WF AUTO SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS (including but not limited to CRS, ICMP, & DIS)Knowledge and understanding of business processesStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to deliver dynamic presentations Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentJob Location(s):Required location(s) for this position is 2501 S.
