The Integration Analyst will be a leader for our Business Systems team supporting the Mergers and Acquisition systems integration. Advantive is looking for someone passionate about the intersection between business process and technology. They will be the main point of contact ensuring that the business analysts and integration engineers partner with our clients to build integrations between the different applications within their IT landscape, by selecting the best approach based on the project requirements.
Projects can vary all the way from integrating two internal systems (NetSuite and Salesforce), to data migration from acquired systems to primary platform. The Integration Analyst will be overseeing the project team to ensure the completion of the integration.
Job Responsibilities:
Leading program to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, and encourage improvement and innovation
Drive project intake for the team
Workload planning assignment for the team members based on project requirements and skills
Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary
Define best practices and deliverable for all project lifecycles
Facilitate functional and technical cross training for the team members
Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments
Participate in project steering committee representing Business Systems
Develop strong cross functional partnerships within Advantive to ensure projects are meeting deadlines
Skills & Other Requirements:
Business Analyst / solution management background
Demonstrating an understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns
Managing and communicating with the development team to design and implement solutions
Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrating a broad understanding of project management
Demonstrating proven abilities to manage a team around efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
Excellent communications skills, capability to lead executive discussions focused on scope, approach, design, and implementation considerations
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies. Should be comfortable with learning new platforms, tools, solutions, and business models
Willing to travel for quarterly team onsite meetings in Tampa, FL and other various meetings regarding integrations
