Job Description

　　Student will be involved in the following tasks:

　　• Collect and identify high level system Engineering tool improvement requirements e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA, SQUORE

　　• Develop scripts to improve the usability of the engineering tools

　　• Collect and identify routines data checks / comparison needs, e.g., Vector CDD file

　　• Develop script to automate data check / data comparison

　　• Develop System Engineering Requirement Review tools and test case

　　o Full Stack (UI, Server Code) developer using PHP and MySQL database

　　o Usage of open source libraries

　　o Development components and interface to JIRA and DOORS

　　o Deployment of the Review Tools into Continental Network e.g., Server and database deployment with Cyber security consideration

　　• Pro-actively analyze industry trends vs current processes/practices

　　• Execute Test Cases

　　• Creating Problem Reports in case of detected failures, provide suitable failure description to support root cause analysis?

　　• Document his development activities properly?

　　• Providing support/ debugging to system engineer in case a test script does not work as expected

　　• Report the progress of the ongoing tasks to relevant project team (e.g., Team Lead )

　　Qualifications

　　• Good programming knowledge in one or more programming languages - DXL scripting , PHP Python, C++, C / C# programming and CAPL.

　　• Ability to work in international teams and with international customers.
