The Apple Health software team is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to work on new health initiatives for Apple. Health software is a critical business that sits alongside Apple Watch where engineering excellence is inspired. Do you love taking on big challenges without precedent? In this role, you'll help uphold Apple's high data privacy, ethical and corporate standards by providing project management leadership for health data governance and study management. • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to understand, define and document data governance requirements • Drive defining/refining data governance processes and identify opportunities to innovate as well as streamline/standardize • Lead a quarterly program of governance initiatives including process updates and policy creation and act as a champion for the data governance process • Establish data governance documentation and ensure it is comprehensive and maintained (current and relevant) • Manage data governance board meetings, including driving the agenda, capturing meeting notes and following up on action items • Facilitate the study review process, including maintaining a record of all study requests with accurate status • Track and manage study approvals and exceptions, ensuring exceptions have appropriate mitigation plans • Develop and implement a process to audit data governance compliance • Organize training sessions and track participation • Complete study configuration tasks • Effectively and consistently communicate status at multiple levels through the organization • Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and issues quickly and effectively

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
