Position Summary: As the strategic architect driving targeted demand in partnership with sales, marketing, and partners, the SVP of Demand Management and Digital Sales will orchestrate a transformative vision for our Digital Sales and Demand Management functions. This role requires a highly collaborative and data driven leader to lead a team to drive a comprehensive cross-functional demand generation engine, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize the sales pipeline, enhance customer engagement, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Management Excellence:
Formulate and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to propel lead acquisition and elevate customer engagement.Forge strategic alliances with marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer demandsEmploy market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and stay at the forefront of industry trends.Lead and grow the team in crafting and executing sophisticated demand generation strategies in partnership with marketing, sales, partners, value engineering and solutions consulting.Institute advanced attribution models and analytics to precisely measure the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue generation.
Digital Sales Strategy:
Lead, grow and inspire a high-performing digital sales team focused on a customer-centric culture, fostering a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with marketing, product and solution and value engineering teams to ensure digital sales are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to sell effectively.Work with Enablement to develop strong on-boarding to hire and ramp at scale.Architect and refine digital sales processes to ensure an agile and efficient ecosystem, harmonizing marketing automation, CRM, and sales technologies.Champion the adoption of advanced analytics and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast opportunities, and optimize the digital sales pipeline.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our digital sales operations are nimble, responsive, and finely tuned to market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of visionary leadership in demand generation, digital sales, operations and revenue growth at the executive level. Exceptional analytical and business acumen and strategic foresight, adept at leveraging digital technologies and data analytics for competitive advantage. Demonstrated success in instilling a culture of continuous improvement, excellence, and customer-centricity. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse executive teams. Deep understanding of the [industry] landscape, with a keen sense of market dynamics and emerging digital trends.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.15 years of progressively senior experience demand management, digital sales, operations and revenue leadership roles.A history of driving substantial revenue growth and exceeding ambitious digital sales targets.
