The Ford Purchasing team adds critical value to the entire organization. You'll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You'll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.
In this position...
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-oriented business professional to lead various projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain organization. This analyst position plays a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for improving the Supply Chain organization. Preference toward individuals with 3+ years of supply chain experience who are seeking a challenging assignment. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
This role will be hybrid out of our Dearborn, MI office!

Excellent statistical and data analysis skills: experienced in collating and reporting evidence.
Skilled in reporting, with strong presentation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint user.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
Collect, analyze, and present data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.Manage Global Supply Chain Administrative Budget.Plan, coordinate, and execute special projects and tasks which align with the organization's strategic goals.Assist in organizing meetings, agenda preparations, and follow-up on action items.Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the Supply Chain organization.Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have...
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Transportation, Engineering, Finance or Business Administration5+ years of supply chain or related field experience.
Even better, you may have...
Master of Business Administration.3+ years of supply chain or related field experience.Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.Self-starter with a positive attitude.Analytical and strategy development skills.Experience in regular engagement with senior leadership is preferred.Assignment requires careful management and communication with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
