Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Base Management Specialist based out of Long Beach, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities.Develops mitigation plans.Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities.Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Long Beach, CA. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite3+ Years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlinesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher or equivalent work experienceExperience reporting to senior executive leadershipExperience as a Supply Base Management Specialist
Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:

Summary pay range: Level 3 - $94,350 - $127,650
