Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in a client-facing role executing partner business plans, product development life cycles from incubation to launch, and go-to-market strategy. Preferred qualifications: Experience with the Identity, Endpoint Security, or Enterprise Mobility Management ecosystem.
Experience developing and executing partner business plans that drive partner goals.
Deep knowledge of Software, SaaS technology, and business models.
Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management within Google.

The Chrome Enterprise Partnerships team is responsible for identifying and delivering technology partnerships to build outstanding solutions utilizing Chrome OS and Chrome Browser, helping deliver benefits for the Chrome Global go-to-market organization team while at the same time bringing value-added benefits to our customers.
As the Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead, you will own a set of partners within Chrome's security and identity ecosystem, and drive complete go-to-market activities with those partners. In this role, you will be highly cross-functional and collaborative, working closely with Chrome Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure the success of your partners and Chrome Browser/OS. You will translate business issues and requirements, Chrome OS/browser capabilities, and value a strategic plan that includes target partner strategy, technical strategy, value propositions, customer engagement models, and a schedule to achieve desired pursuit goals.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000-$241,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Own a set of partnerships with the intent of developing, implementing, and driving product and go-to-market initiatives that increase awareness and utilization for Chrome in the Enterprise. Work with Chrome Enterprise Product and Strategy teams to identify and outline product partnership opportunities that drive improved customer experiences on Chrome OS and Chrome Browser. Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders across Chrome sales and marketing, to ensure a closely defined and aligned go-to-market strategy at Chrome and partner organizations. Identify key stakeholders at your partner(s), buildtrustacross their go-to-market teams, and deliver beneficial partnerships for Chrome. Develop and supportprograms to deliver exponential reach and scale to the Chrome Enterprise Ecosystem of partners.
