Make a Difference
The Staffing Assistant will be responsible for the generation, prioritization, and processing of the Resource Team and Nursing schedules. This position fills staffing needs, assigns floats, Resources Team, PRN, and agency personnel. The staffing assistant also makes recommendations for rearranging staff based on Director input and/or computerized staffing guidelines with acuity interface.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to work effectively with in a team environment, independently manage time and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and react to situations in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
High School Diploma or GED: High school diploma or GED equivalent required (Required)
2 year / Associate Degree: Two (2) years of college education preferred (Preferred)
Comfortable working with office equipment such as computers and photocopier
Must be able to perform detailed activities and have good organizational skills
Must exemplify patience in dealing with employees
Must have good command of English grammar and excellent telephone skills
Must show flexibility in working assigned weekends and shifts
