Minimum qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

　　8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.

　　5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

　　5 years of experience building and developing wide-reaching infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks.

　　Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

　　5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

　　Experience with C, C++, Network Infrastructure, Network Bridge, Network Switches, Networking Hardware, ASIC, and Transceivers.

　　Experience with Machine Learning Optimization, Machine Learning Infrastructure and Leadership.

　　Experience in model optimization (e.g., pruning, quantization).

　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000-$283,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 　　Responsibilities

　　Develop high performance tools and techniques for Machine Learning workloads and frameworks through automation, dashboarding and increased developer velocity.

　　Work closely with other engineering teams to collaborate, reuse and understand existing frameworks.

　　Increase efficiency of ML workloads through co-designed algorithmic and system level techniques (e.g., quantization, sparsity).

　　Work closely with the Engineering Manager in planning, leading and growing a team of ML software engineers.
