The Tech-4-Intuit (t4i) team is responsible for building Intuit's core capabilities surrounding enterprise applications and infrastructure. The t4i team works closely with stakeholders such as People & Places tech to ensure we are delivering the enterprise capabilities needed to support Intuit's scale, growth and provide best-in-class employee experience.
Are you passionate about managing technical projects? Join the Tech-4-Intuit (t4i) team as a Technical Project Manager and be the bridge between our team and the People & Places (Workplace) team. As we prepare to build new offices and expand existing ones, your role will be critical to ensure the success of these projects. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in managing the deployment of IT technical infrastructure such as AV systems, networking equipment, and structured cabling design.
What you'll bring
Minimum of 5-6 years in Product Management at a technology company, with 2-3 years of construction-related experienceOversee structured cabling design and oversee vendor installation from implementation to the first day of business.Experience with deployment of IT technical infrastructure such as AV systems and Networking equipmentProven expertise as a contributor to cross-functional teams that launch on-time and on-budget solutions.Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap, anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Prior experience with Product Management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Google Sheets, and SmartsheetExcellent time management and organizational skills and expertise in establishing guidelines in these areas for others.Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teamsProfessional Project Management Certification from an accredited intuitionDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodsEducation: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
How you will lead
Plan and manage a project through delivery, directing the project team, and influencing stakeholders.Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.Hold regular technical project meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.Help coordinate vendors with Intuit teams and other external vendors
