Either way, we're here to help you on your Bearcat journey.Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is looking for qualified individuals to apply for the Staff Clinician position and join our energetic, multidisciplinary, culturally-informed collaborative team of mental health professionals. This clinical staff member of CAPS will serve the needs of students at University of Cincinnati, in the College of Law and Graduate College. This position would serve the College of Law and Graduate College at the University of Cincinnati, and be a member of the Counseling and Psychological Serves (UC-CAPS) team. Under general supervision from a designated administrator, provide direct clinical counseling services to onsite and online College of Law students as well as Graduate students. Develop and provide outreach to these college communities, and build a supportive community for the academic success and well-being of students.The College of Law at the University of Cincinnati is the nation's 4th oldest law school and Ohio's First. With over 390 graduate degrees and certificates, we partner with programs and play a critical role in providing support for student success, student support, and student retention.Essential FunctionsProvide direct counseling services to university students (College of Law and Graduate College), including intake, evaluation, counseling, and emergency/crisis management.Provide consultation to university community regarding counseling needs.Develop and provide outreach to students, faculty, and staff.Serve as liaison for counseling center to the university community and community agencies.Participate in training program(s) within the counseling center. * Develop and coordinates programs within the counseling center.Collect data for program coordination.Keep abreast of developments in professional field, related to student mental health, cultural competency and equitable access to services.Represent the department on committees.Required EducationMaster's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, or Doctorate Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD).Required Trainings/CertificationsMust be independently licensed or licensed eligible as a psychologist, social worker, or clinical counse
