Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting systems and processes related to Livestock Accounting / Procurement.
Will work primarily on supporting business process, integrations, and systems as it relates to Livestock Accounting / Procurement.
Assist with support, maintenance, configuration, and upgrades as it relates to those technologies.
Experienced individual with a desire to focus on understanding business processes and learning tools and/or technologies related to Livestock Accounting / Procurement.
Configure and develop solutions within the CPS Livestock application. This is inclusive of creating technical process flows and requirements documents that may be assigned to other development team members for execution (i.e. Integrations Team, Reporting Team).
Test and verify completed configuration and development meets specifications.
Work with other development analysts through iterations of development to gain acceptance and approval of testing before migrating to Production environment.
Troubleshooting issues with existing processes and programs and working with business to resolve, test, and migrate fixes to Production environment.
Off hours and on-call support is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related area
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing tasks and working cross-functionally with peers to achieve project goals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong pattern of initiative
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
Proven ability to learn different business processes and technologies
Strong SQL / PLSQL reading and writing skills
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred
Experience with reading and writing Javascipt / HTML / CSS
Experience with reading and writing C#
Previous work within the food processing industry
Location: Austin, MN (Headquarters) preferred. We are also open to a remote work arrangement.
A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10% of the time.
The base pay range is $65,800 to $121,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
