About Sr.TDS高级区域拓展主任

　　Overview

　　通过销售和执行区域计划，在指定的市场和客户中发展和发展业务，并有效地指导一线销售团队提高执行力。

　　Responsibilities

　　1.与重点客户及经销商合作，负责新品的买进，门店促销及店面陈列；负责推动渠道客户的生意拓展；

　　2.确保所在区域门店陈列达到该区域"黄金陈列标准"；渠道进行销售分析和发展策略计划；

　　3.与区域经销商讨论并提供潜在客户名单；研究区域竞争对手、消费者及市场的状况，并提出相应改善建议；

　　4.在所负责区域内拓展新的AB店，开拓市场；研究TT或MT渠道运作的合理性，建议运作模式；

　　5.在所在区域提供准确有效的协助，确保重点客户的店内执行稳步提升与门店理货员一起工作，提供必要辅导，定期进行一对一的反馈；

　　6.每周与团队成员开展切实有效的例会。

　　Qualifications

　　1.大专学历以上，工作勤奋，热情；

　　2.三年以上快速消费品行业销售经验；

　　3.良好的客户沟通能力及销售技巧；

　　4.有活动策划、新品推广经验，熟悉批发、零售、商超等销售渠道；

　　5.对数字敏感，投资预算经验，工作计划性强。
