About the Role
Location: Hyderabad
As a ServiceNow Operations Expert, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with various functions / departments to understand their requirements and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Your role will primarily involve troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ensuring ServiceNow best practices are followed..
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• A deep understanding of ServiceNow, implementation, and best practices with demonstrable hands-on experience across various assignments.
• ServiceNow Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, profiles, and permissions. Incident and Problem Management: Lead incident and problem management processes within ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution of issues and root cause analysis.
• Change Management: Oversee change management processes, including creating, reviewing, and implementing change requests within the ServiceNow Change Management module. Extensive Knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting including every perspective like Client Side Scripting, Server side scripting etc.
• Hands-on implementation of Platform application modules/plugins, including upgrade. Hands-on Knowledge of Workflows & flow designer is mandatory.
• Hands on experience on Service Catalog & Service Portal is vital.
• CMDB Model
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights into IT and service performance. Security and Compliance: Ensure ServiceNow security standards are met, and the platform aligns with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the ServiceNow platform to improve its performance and scalability. Vendor and Tool Management: Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors, stay updated on new releases, and evaluate new ServiceNow applications and features.

Role Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business/technical domains
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator required
• Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc... are expected.
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and solid understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
